Scentology.com may disclose your personal information to any Fusion Brands America Inc. property in order to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, enable cross promotions between products and provide you with information regarding its products and services. If at any time you do not wish to receive communications from Clean Perfume, please notify info@cleanperfume.com. If at any time you do not wish to receive communications from Fusion Beauty, please notify info@fusionbeauty.com. Please note that opting out of communications from Scentology.com does not opt you out of communications from any other Fusion Brand America Inc. property.

(iii) Disclosure in Business Transfers - Scentology.com may be involved in the sale or transfer of some or all of its business.
